Challenges in Precision Sheet Metal Parts
1、Tolerance mismatch causing assembly issues
2、Deformation after bending or welding
3、Inconsistent dimensions between batches
4、Difficulty coordinating multiple suppliers
How We Solve These Problems
1、Engineering review before production
2、Controlled bending process to reduce deformation
3、Strict tolerance control for assembly fit
4、Integrated CNC + sheet metal workflow
Our Cooperative Enclosure Sheet Metal Factory
In 2015, we invested in a 3,800 m² sheet metal facility dedicated to enclosure fabrication. With laser cutting, CNC bending, and welding capabilities in place, the team is experienced in handling enclosure and housing projects with stable quality and clean surface finish. This also allows us to combine CNC machining and sheet metal into one solution, which is especially helpful for projects requiring both structural parts and enclosure components.

FAQ
What is sheet metal fabrication?
Sheet metal fabrication is the process of cutting, bending, and assembling flat sheets of metal into finished products.
What design considerations should I focus for sheet metal parts?
Consider factors like bend radius, material thickness, tolerances, and the intended manufacturing process to optimize design for fabrication.
What is the lead time for sheet metal parts?
For first-time development projects, the FAI (First Article Inspection) sample can be completed within 3 days after receiving the deposit. Once the sample is approved by the customer and raw materials are ready, mass production can be completed and delivered within 7 days
Can you provide 3D design?
Yes, we can provide 3D designs for both parts and tooling.
Can I use CAD software for sheet metal design?
Yes, many CAD software programs have specific features for designing sheet metal components, including bend allowances and flat patterns.
